Job Description

• Support to sales team
• Service customers and develop vendors’ relationships
• Coordinate with all parties to provide good service to customers
• Liaise with overseas agents
• Follow up closely with vendors and customers to ensure smooth delivery of goods / shipments
• Declaration of permit with zero error
• Manage paperwork documentation for billing and closing of job files after shipment completion 

Requirements

• Prefer 2 years customer service experiences
• Bilingual in English and Chinese as there is a need to communicate & liaise with China counterparts
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
• Multitasking
• Ability to maintain a good rapport and working relationship with co-workers, management, sales team and business partners
