Fumigation, packing and crating round out the offer for cargo needing treatment or protection before it moves. Each is handled alongside the freight booking rather than chased down separately.
Some cargo cannot travel until it has been treated, and some cannot travel safely in its own packaging. Fumigation covers the phytosanitary and quarantine requirements that apply to certain goods and destinations.
Packing and crating protects freight that is out of gauge, fragile, or moving as break-bulk rather than in a container. Both are arranged as part of the booking, so the treatment or the crate is ready when the freight is.
